What ‘Employers’ have said about their Service Experience with PITS

There’s hope, ask these ‘PITS Successful Candidates’

“What can I say but thank you.
I recently visited Cape Town and fell in love with the place. I knew I had to make a change in my life.
I made a LinkedIn account once I got back home and started setting up a profile. I had been searching the LinkedIn hub for any opportunities and saw a post where I had applied to that evening at around 21h00. Within 30 minutes of the initial application I was contacted by Esmè Connell the face and founder of PITS.
She had said she is impressed with my CV and will send it to the correct company in the morning. The next morning I had been given a call where the employer had gotten into contact with me from Esmè. They all seemed very impressed and we had set up a in-service interview within a week.
A month later I am starting my brand new Job with new adventures and a great company all thanks to Esmè and PITS.
I would highly recommend having her as your scouting agency for all the right contacts when it comes to the Ophthalmology field. Her abilities doesn’t stop there with just the initial contact, but also with the fact that she keeps on following up with you and motivating you in the new steps to be taken.
Thank you Esmè for all your help and support.”

“Esmè is fantastic. She really listened to me. She explained the process well, and I never had to wonder what’s next. She gave feedback on every step.
Because of PITS, I found a perfect position for me. I can highly recommend Esmè for anyone looking for a new position.”

“Usually, agencies look at their advantages when looking for a candidate for an organization…. Most of them don’t have proper communication as a third party, but with you Esme it is all different. You have such a strong communication skill as third party. Always updating the candidate on how far the process is. Very professional and friendly. Thank you for always taking us to our potential companies.”
